At Wireless Terminal Solutions we’ve consciously tried to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. With our cost effective card payment solutions we have always looked to provide one clear concise quote providing a breakdown and ensuring shipment charges remain modest, but unfortunately due to the current economic climate and as a result of the current post-Brexit and Covid-19 situation we have had to increase our shipping costs.
We will endeavour to monitor and review charges in the coming months.
From 1st April 2022 our new shipment charges came into effect. The last 12 months has seen the team at Wireless Terminal Solutions absorb increases from our logistic suppliers, and unfortunately we have seen a considerable increase by our main logistics supplier DPD which means we are unable to absorb it any more.
From April 1st 2022 we’re making the following changes:
- Standard one way shipping to a UK resident (include maximum weights etc) – £10 + VAT for delivery (up to 30kg) (All day delivery)
- Standard collection/delivery (include maximum weights etc) – £10 + VAT (all day delivery) / £15 + VAT collection / £25 + VAT total postage cost (up to 30kg) – Anything over a fixed quantity is bespoke, and customers will be provided with this quote on an email.
Please note outside Ireland, we no longer ship internationally, and we request customers to ship back of their own accord in such circumstances. Terms and conditions apply to specifics such as pre AM delivery, and are available upon request.
