Based in their head office in Oxfordshire, the company required a facility that allowed Moto payments for customers paying for products over the phone. They needed a solution that was not only mobile, but also consistently reliable. The company were both delighted at the ongoing support provided by Wireless Terminal Solutions.
The IWL222 terminal is allowed payments to be taken remotely from the base, and with the a secure Bluetooth connection, they can be used in any face to face card payment environment.
The portable card machines ran through a Bluetooth connection, which meant we only needed one PSTN line, which allowed us to have multiple terminals connected during our peak periods.
