Liberty is a prestigious department store on Regent Street, London. They sell a wide range of luxury goods including fashion, cosmetics and fragrances, jewellery, accessories, home ware, furniture, stationery and gifts. Liberty is known for its floral and graphic prints and has even featured in a Channel 4 television documentary.
Liberty came to Wireless Terminal Solutions in 2012 needing a credit/debit card payment solution for the festive period. 12 months earlier they had encountered a power cut, which resulted in significant loss of sales, so they needed a contingency plan to safeguard the company, ensuring it could process payments regardless of connections.
Set over four floors, a thorough site inspection was undertaken by a Wireless Terminal Solutions representative. Different card terminal solutions were implemented upon the specific requests of the various store areas. The cafe was one area which needed particularly close attention due to the high volume of sales.
